Schemes
Four funding routes
OFPPT — Office of Vocational Training
Full or partial funding for employees contributing to CNSS. Moroccan legal framework, file prepared by DSSF Academy.
CSF — Special Training Contracts
Government aid scheme for continuous employee training. Reimbursement after training — up to 80% eligible.
Corporate training plans
Funded from internal training budget, annual or multi-year programme, tax optimisation and CSF combinable.
International programmes
For subsidiaries of foreign companies: eligibility for home-country schemes, FR/EN bilingual pathways.
