ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management
Certified quality management system, audited annually.
AS9100 — Aerospace quality (in progress)
Ongoing process to achieve AS9100 certification, required for aerospace suppliers.
Autodesk Authorized Training Center (ATC)
Autodesk accredited training centre — official sessions and certifications.
Siemens — training partner
Recognised Siemens Industry partner for NX, Teamcenter and Tecnomatix training.
Quality processes
What we apply on every project
- Dimensional inspection plan on every produced part
- Material traceability on critical parts (PPAP, genealogy)
- Project review at 3 milestones (scoping, prototype, deliverable)
- Quarterly internal audit on methods and safety
- Continuous regulatory monitoring (BIM, AS9100, IEC 62443, GDPR/Law 09-08)
- Mandatory ongoing training — minimum 5 days per year per team member
